JBL finds neighborhoods
in the city where retail development has not followed the recent
curve of residential development. Our goal is to reinvigorate
previously known commercial corridors or to follow the lead of vibrant
neighborhoods creating new retail opportunities. We build
ground up, or adaptively reuse previously built buildings. Most
projects include elements of “green” building.
